Choo is such a special spot. The ingredients are always fresh, top tier quality, and prepared with care. The nigiri is some of the best I've had because his takes are always so unique. I can tell he loves what he does because the attention to detail is insane. The sushi boxes always come with house made soy, pickled pairings and miso soup. The prices are so good compared to many Austin restaurants that charge ridiculous amounts for mediocre food. Choo is such a gem and the people that work there are always the sweetest!

Obsessed is an understatement! Choo offers some of the most fresh and delicious fish we've had in Austin. We finally were in the area early enough to score two sushi boxes and we have no regrets. Everything pictured here came out to ~$90 but well worth the price to us. We will be back !!

Love these to-go sando and sushi boxes! Think I spent too much $ here. Even their sauces taste better than other places. Luckily I live far from this place or else I'll be there every day

This is the only place where you can get authentic Japanese sandos in Austin. The omakase is the real gem here. The sushi is beautifully presented and tastes as delicious as it looks! The soy sauce is made in house. The cuts of fish are fresh. Their prices are a bit on the expensive side, but for the quality you get, it's worth the splurge for lunch every now and then.
